COE Proposal Submission:

15 business days prior to a sponsor deadline faculty should email coeproposals@udel.edu the following information:

• Proposal deadline,
• title and number for solicitation (or copy of solicitation),
• proposed start and end dates of proposal,
• contact information for all investigators and sub-awardees,
• contact information for sub-awardee grants officers.

A Pre-Award Grants Analyst will be assigned to assist with the proposal submission within 24 hours of email receipt.
