- Interface with the University’s Project Planning & Delivery to plan and execute the renovation of existing space as well as the building of new College of Engineering space.
- Interface with the University’s Facilities Maintenance & Operations to ensure proper maintenance of College of Engineering space.
- Manage College of Engineering facilities budget and coordinate prioritization of maintenance and renovation projects.
- Coordinate College of Engineering safety program.
- Track use and allocation of College of Engineering space.
- Track ownership, use, and transfer of College of Engineering capital equipment.
