The College of Engineering Human Resources team serves the college’s 2000+ faculty, staff and student employees in a variety of ways-

• Managing the college-wide centralized recruitment process for all benefitted hires
• On boarding of all College of Engineering non-benefitted employees – students, visiting scholars, miscellaneous wage and supplemental employees
• Managing employee records to ensure accurate payroll and recording of employee data
• Ensuring valid visa and work authorization for our foreign national population
• Advising managers and their employees on issues surrounding work performance and conflict management
• Supporting employees in the areas of Family Medical Leave Act, position reclassification, exit interviews and performance appraisals

We are available to help when there are challenges. We support employees and managers in addressing complex workplace problems – whether they are matters of structure and organization, or interpersonal.
